          R Miles Properties, LLC; 82.37 acres, more or less, for River Crest

          Development, LLC on both sides of Bogard Ln, one mile, more or less

          from Highway 44 East in the city of Mt. Washington from

          Agricultural and Stream Valley Reserve to R-3 Residential. Second

          reading. Vote required.
